Xocolata per fondre<\/li><li>125 grs. Formatge Mascarpone<\/li><li>100 ml. Nata muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>75 grs. Mel<\/li><li>15 Cireres<\/li><li>2 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li><li>1 cullereta de Sucre Avainillat<\/li><li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li><li>Brandy per macerar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Traurem l&#039;os de 9 cireres i les partirem per la meitat. Les macerarem amb el brandi durant una hora.<\/li><li>Fondrem la xocolata al bany maria. Per aix\u00f2 posarem una olla amb aigua al foc i quan comenci a bullir posarem a sobre un recipient i fondrem la xocolata que hem trossejat pr\u00e8viament.<\/li><li>Utilitzarem uns motlles de silicona per poder desemmotllar despr\u00e9s amb facilitat. Netegeu els motlles amb una mica d&#039;alcohol perqu\u00e8 no quedi res de greix.<\/li><li>Pintarem els motlles amb la xocolata procurant fer una bona capa i que la xocolata arribi a tot el motlle. Donarem la volta al motlle i ho deixarem al congelador o al frigor\u00edfic fins que s&#039;hagi assecat totalment la xocolata.<\/li><li>Farem de nou la mateixa operaci\u00f3 \u00e9s a dir pintar tot el motlle amb la xocolata i deixarem assecar novament. Cal netejar les vores del motlle per despr\u00e9s poder desemmotllar f\u00e0cilment.<\/li><li>Farem de nou un bany maria i afegirem al recipient la mel que hem escalfat una mica al microones, la sal, i el sucre avainillat. Remenarem i quan la mel estigui totalment l\u00edquida afegirem les clares d&#039;ou i remourem fins que les clares s&#039;hi integrin. Apagarem el foc i amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques muntarem les clares sense arribar al punt de neu. Quedar\u00e0 una crema for\u00e7a espessa.<\/li><li>Per muntar la nata \u00e9s important deixar al congelador durant uns 10 minuts la nata i el recipient que utilitzarem per muntar, aix\u00ed la nata es munta m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment.<\/li><li>Quan estigui gaireb\u00e9 muntada afegirem el formatge mascarpon en un parell de vegades i seguirem batent fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li><li>Afegirem la crema de les clares en un parell de vegades i amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt anirem barrejant fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li><li>Colarem les cireres i reservarem.<\/li><li>Omplirem els motlles fins a la meitat amb la nostra mousse i dipositarem a cada motlle 3 mitges cireres. Acabarem d&#039;omplir totalment els motlles amb la crema. Allisarem i traurem tot el sobrant. Cal deixar els motlles ben nets.
