Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la capa de xocolata negra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 grs. Xocolata fondant negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Plaques Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la capa de xocolata amb llet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 grs. Xocolata amb llet per a postres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Plaques Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la capa de xocolata blanca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 grs. Xocolata blanca per a postres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Plaques Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fondrem la mantega al microones i piquem les galetes. Amb una forquilla integrem la mantega amb les galetes fins que quedi una massa. Podem acabar de fer-ho amb les mans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenim preparat un c\u00e8rcol de 24 cms. de di\u00e0metre en una safata amb paper de coure i hem tallat una tira de paper que hem posat al voltant del c\u00e8rcol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passem la massa dins del c\u00e8rcol i la distribu\u00efm. L&#039;allisem amb un got. Guardem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la capa de xocolata negra, hidratem les fulles de gelatina durant uns 10 minuts amb aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la nata, la llet i el sucre i quan comenci a bullir afegim la xocolata negra trossejada. Remenarem constantment i quan torni a bullir afegirem la gelatina ben escorreguda. Apagarem el foc i remourem fins que la gelatina quedi totalment integrada. Deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la capa de xocolata amb llet hidratem les fulles de gelatina durant 10 minuts amb aigua. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la nata, la llet i el sucre i quan comenci a bullir afegim la xocolata amb llet. Remenarem constantment i quan torni a bullir afegirem la gelatina ben escorreguda. Apaguem el foc i remourem fins que la gelatina quedi totalment integrada. Deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la capa de xocolata blanca farem exactament el mateix per\u00f2 sense posar sucre. Deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop la galeta del fons del past\u00eds estigui dura posarem en primer lloc la capa de xocolata negra que ha d&#039;estar gaireb\u00e9 freda i la distribuirem b\u00e9. Ho guardarem de nou al frigor\u00edfic fins que estigui quallada la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop quallada la xocolata, amb una forquilla farem unes ratlletes perqu\u00e8 en posar l&#039;altra capa quedi ben unida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb molt de compte i mica en mica tirarem la xocolata amb llet tamb\u00e9 gaireb\u00e9 freda i la distribuirem, donant-li uns copets perqu\u00e8 quedi ben llis. Deixarem que es qualli tamb\u00e9 dins del frigor\u00edfic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop quallat farem les ratlletes amb la forquilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la capa de xocolata blanca, fent la mateixa operaci\u00f3 i deixarem el past\u00eds almenys unes 4 hores al frigor\u00edfic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllem el past\u00eds i traiem el paper dels costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Per decorar es pot posar per sobre cacau en pols.
