Beicon <\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga<\/li><li>50 grs. Nous<\/li><li>12 Prunes panses<\/li><li>12 Orellanes<\/li><li>70 ml. Brandy<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de carn<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelem i tallem la pastanaga a discos. Picarem la ceba. Salpebrarem els picantons pels dos costats.<\/li><li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i quan estigui calent fregirem els trossos del pollet pels dos costats. Reservem<\/li><li>Baixem el foc i en el mateix oli sofregim la ceba picada i la pastanaga durant uns 5 minuts aproximadament.<\/li><li>Quan la ceba estigui toveta afegirem el bac\u00f3 tallat a daus for\u00e7a grans i li donarem un parell de voltes.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem les orellanes, les prunes i les nous i tamb\u00e9 hi posarem el brandi amb molt de compte. Remenarem i deixarem que evapori una mica l&#039;alcohol.<\/li><li>Afegirem els picantons, la farigola, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn i aigua bullint. Es pot substituir per brou de carn.<\/li><li>Taparem la cassola i cuinem a foc baix durant uns 30\/40 minuts. Comprovem de sal i tamb\u00e9 si cal afegirem m\u00e9s aigua o brou per\u00f2 sempre calenta.<\/li><li>De tant en tant anem movent la cassola i al final amb un escuradents llarg comprovem que estiguin tous.
