Pinya al suc o alm\u00edvar<\/li><li>250 ml. Llet de Coco<\/li><li>250 grs. Llet Condensada<\/li><li>35 ml. Rom negre<\/li><li>6 Fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li><li>11 Gerds i Fulles de Menta per decorar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per fer el Coulis:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 grs. Gerds<\/li><li>200 grs. Maduixes<\/li><li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>60 ml. Aigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Triturarem la pinya i hidratarem les fulles de gelatina durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet de coco i quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i afegirem la gelatina ben escorreguda. Remenarem en\u00e8rgicament fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi posarem la llet condensada i la pinya. Remenarem fins que quedi tot ben barrejat. Afegirem el rom i remourem.<\/li><li>Utilitzarem uns motlles de silicona que untarem amb una miqueta d&#039;oli. Omplirem els motlles i els deixarem fora del frigor\u00edfic fins que es refredi la panacotta i despr\u00e9s els guardarem a la nevera durant unes 12 hores.<\/li><li>Per fer el coulis triturarem les maduixes i els gerds amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li><li>En un cass\u00f3 al foc posarem l&#039;aigua, el sucre i els fruits vermells triturats i courem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 7 minuts, remenant perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi. Colarem la salsa perqu\u00e8 quedi ben fina.<\/li><li>Desemmotllarem la panacotta en un plat gran i adornarem amb el coulis de fruits vermells.
