Fideus gruixuts n\u00ba 4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Gambes Llagostineres o Vermelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. Clo\u00efsses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 grs. S\u00edpia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 litres de Caldo de Peix (aprox.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deixarem en remull les clo\u00efsses amb sal perqu\u00e8 deixin anar la sorra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola gran hi posarem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent fregirem lleugerament les gambes pels dos costats. Salarem i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem les clo\u00efsses a la cassola ia mesura que s&#039;obrin les reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli i afegirem la s\u00edpia tallada a quadradets. Abaixarem el foc i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;aigua de les s\u00edpies hi afegirem la ceba picada. Remenarem i sofregirem tot junt fins que la ceba quedi transparent i toveta ia penes es noti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet, i remourem. Seguidament afegirem la salsa de la s\u00edpia que \u00e9s la bosseta de color marr\u00f3 que t\u00e9 la s\u00edpia als tentacles. Si la s\u00edpia que compreu no porta aquesta bosseta no passa res. Abocarem tamb\u00e9 una mica de pebre negre i ho remenarem tot perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9. Courem fins que quedi com si fos una melmelada, aproximadament uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegiu-hi els fideus a la cassola i remeneu-ho fins que quedin ben barrejats amb la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi posarem el brou de peix bullint. Guardarem una mica per si no calgu\u00e9s posar-ho tot. Sempre ho podrem afegir. Rectificarem de sal i courem els fideus segons les instruccions del fabricant. \u00c9s important que quedin al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem una picada o picada. Picarem al morter els alls als quals els haurem tret el germen, picarem tamb\u00e9 les ametlles torrades i el julivert. Ha de quedar tot ben aixafat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans de finalitzar la cocci\u00f3 afegirem la picada.
