Arr\u00f2s Basmati<\/li><li>500 grs. Llagostins<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>400 ml. Llet de Coco<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Curry en pols<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Gingebre ratllat<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per coure l&#039;arr\u00f2s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>350 ml. Aigua<\/li><li>150 ml. Brou de coure els Llagostins<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En un recipient amb aigua hi posarem l&#039;arr\u00f2s basmati i ho deixarem en rep\u00f2s durant una mitja hora. <\/li><li>Traurem la closca i els caps dels llagostins i reservarem les cues dels llagostins.<\/li><li>Posarem un wok o una paella fonda al foc amb una mica d&#039;oli i quan estigui calent hi posarem les closques i les pells dels llagostins. Donarem unes voltes i amb una cullera gran de fusta aixafarem b\u00e9 els caps perqu\u00e8 deixin anar tot el suc. Ho fregirem durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua i ho courem uns dos minuts m\u00e9s. Ho passarem a un colador xin\u00e8s i amb el pal del morter aixafarem b\u00e9 per deixar anar tot el l\u00edquid. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Netejarem el wok i amb el foc baix hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli i quan estigui calent afegirem els alls picats. Donarem un parell de voltes i incorporarem la ceba picada fina i sofregirem lentament durant uns 10 minuts. Quan la ceba estigui transparent afegirem la llet de coco, el gingebre, el curri, la sal i el pebre. Remenarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat. Courem a foc baix durant uns 9 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem les cues dels llagostins i courem durant uns 5 minuts. Apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Escorrerem l&#039;arr\u00f2s amb un colador fi i el rentarem novament sota el raig d&#039;aigua freda fins que l&#039;aigua surti transparent. Ho escorrerem de nou.<\/li><li>Posarem una cassola al foc amb un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli i quan estigui calent incorporarem l&#039;arr\u00f2s i fregirem una mica.<\/li><li>Hi afegirem el brou dels llagostins i l&#039;aigua. Aproximadament \u00e9s la quantitat total que surt als ingredients. Courem l&#039;arr\u00f2s durant 10 minuts. Si us falta l\u00edquid es pot afegir una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua, per\u00f2 sempre calenta i seguint les instruccions del fabricant de l&#039;arr\u00f2s. Ha de quedar for\u00e7a sec.
