S\u00f3n les Natillas que menj\u00e0vem a casa i estaven decorades per sobre amb una galeta Maria. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell d&#039;una llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Pols (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Galetes Maria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reservarem uns 150 ml. de Llet. La resta de la llet la posarem en un cass\u00f3 juntament amb la canyella en branca i la pell de llimona. Quan bulli la llet apagarem el foc i deixarem infusionar la llet fins que es refredi. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem els rovells d&#039;ou en un bol i afegirem la llet reservada, el sucre i la maizena. Remenarem amb un batedor manual fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colarem la llet bullida i afegirem la barreja que hem preparat, integrant-ho tot amb el batedor manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el foc molt baix i sense deixar de remenar amb el batedor courem les crema fins que comencin a espessir-se. En el moment que surtin bombolles pels costats apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem les cremades a unes cassoletes petites ia sobre posarem una galeta maria. Adornarem amb canyella en pols. \u00c9s opcional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esperarem que es refredin totalment abans de guardar-les al frigor\u00edfic.
