Cigrons cuits<\/li><li>300 grs. Bacall\u00e0 dessalat<\/li><li>300 grs. Llagostins<\/li><li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>1 Pebrot Verd<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>125 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1.200 ml. aigua<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelarem els llagostins, guardant els caps i les pells.<\/li><li>En una cassola hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi posarem els caps i les pells. Aixafarem amb una forquilla els caps perqu\u00e8 deixin anar el seu suc. Afegirem una mica de sal i remourem. Quan les pells canvi\u00efn de color, hi afegirem l&#039;aigua i deixarem bullir el brou durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li><li>Colarem el brou amb un colador molt fi i amb el pal del morter pitjarem perqu\u00e8 surti tot el suc dels caps. Reservarem. <\/li><li>Posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola ampla i, quan estigui calent, sofregirem la ceba, el pebrot i els alls que pr\u00e8viament hem picat molt fins. Sofregirem amb el foc molt baix durant uns set minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat i ho remourem tot. Ha de coure molt lentament durant uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s, vigilant que no es cremi. Cal anar remenant fins que quedi com una melmelada.<\/li><li>Abocarem el vi blanc i quan evapori l&#039;alcohol hi afegirem els cigrons i una mica de pebre. Farem unes voltes ia continuaci\u00f3 afegirem el brou. Guardarem una mica, per si no calgu\u00e9s fer-ho tot. Courem amb la cassola tapada i el foc baix durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi posarem els llagostins, el bacall\u00e0 i el julivert picats.
