Aquest delici\u00f3s past\u00eds est\u00e0 fet amb una base de galetes, una bona capa de crema pastissera i una fant\u00e0stica crema de xocolata. Sucre<\/li><li>80 grs. Maicena<\/li><li>Canyella a Rama<\/li><li>Pell de Llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per fer la Crema de Xocolata:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 grs. Xocolata per fondre<\/li><li>300 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>60 grs. Mantega<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Farem la crema pastissera posant la meitat de la llet al foc amb el sucre, la pell de llimona i la branca de canyella. Quan comenci a bullir, apaguem el foc i tapem el cass\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;infusioni b\u00e9.<\/li><li>Posem els rovells d&#039;ou en un got batedor juntament amb la resta de la llet i la maizena i ho barrejarem b\u00e9 amb un batedor fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Un cop estigui freda colem la llet i traiem la pell de la llimona i la canyella.<\/li><li>Posem la llet i la barreja dels ous en un cass\u00f3. Ho barregem b\u00e9 i amb el foc baix remourem tota l&#039;estona fins que la crema s&#039;espesseixi. Apagarem el foc. Afegirem la mantega i remourem. Passem la crema a una plata allisant-la i deixarem que refredi totalment.<\/li><li>Per fer el past\u00eds utilitzarem un c\u00e8rcol rectangular que posarem damunt una safata amb paper sulfuritzat.<\/li><li>Mullarem les galetes amb la llet i farem la base del past\u00eds. A sobre distribuirem la crema pastissera per tota la superf\u00edcie. Allisarem amb lajuda duna esp\u00e0tula.<\/li><li>A sobre farem una altra capa amb les galetes banyades a la llet.<\/li><li>Per fer la crema de xocolata, escalfarem la nata i quan comenci a bullir afegirem la xocolata trossejada, remourem fins que la xocolata es fongui totalment. Despr\u00e9s hi afegirem la mantega que est\u00e0 a temperatura ambient i la integrarem totalment a la xocolata.<\/li><li>Cobrirem el past\u00eds amb la crema de xocolata. Donarem uns copets a la safata per allisar la xocolata.<\/li><li>Per adornar el past\u00eds per sobre utilitzarem un llapis de xocolata blanca comestible. Farem unes ratlles de dos cent\u00edmetres de dist\u00e0ncia entre elles i despr\u00e9s amb la punta d&#039;un escuradents farem un dibuix. Passarem el escuradents en direcci\u00f3 contr\u00e0ria a les ratlles i quedar\u00e0 molt bonic.<\/li><li>De tota manera l&#039;adornament del past\u00eds ha de ser al vostre gust. Tamb\u00e9 es pot deixar sol amb la xocolata per sobre.<\/li><li>Guardarem el past\u00eds al congelador durant unes hores i aix\u00ed ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil desemmotllar.
