Brou de Peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva i Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. P\u00e8sols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Ous cuits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per bullir els ous, els posarem en un cass\u00f3 amb aigua freda i quan arrenquin a bullir els courem durant 10 minuts. Els refrescarem amb aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem en discos fins els alls. Picarem la ceba. Si ens agrada el picant, tallarem el bitxo a trossets, i si no el deixarem sencer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola ampla i quan estigui l&#039;oli calent afegirem els alls i la caiena i tot seguit la ceba. Ofegarem tot amb el foc molt baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salarem el bacall\u00e0 i l&#039;enfarinarem lleugerament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la ceba estigui transparent tirarem el bacall\u00e0 tenint en compte de deixar la pell del bacall\u00e0 per la part de sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem tot seguit el vi blanc i el brou de peix. Mourem cont\u00ednuament la cassola per lligar la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcorreguts uns 5 minuts farem la volta al bacall\u00e0 i afegirem abundant julivert picat i els p\u00e8sols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuarem movent la cassola ja que la salsa ha de quedar ben lligada, com si fos un pil pil.
