S\u00f3n molt apetitoses i ideals per portar a casa dels amics i sorprendre&#039;ls. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Sucre glas\/m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Xocolata fondant 70% cacau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Crocanti o Granet d&#039;Ametlla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Batrem una mica les clares en un bol amb un batedor manual. Afegirem el sucre m\u00f2lt, la vainilla l\u00edquida i la farina i amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques batrem durant uns 2 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la massa a una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre molt petit i prepararem una safata de forn amb paper vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la m\u00e0niga pastissera farem uns zeros grans ovalats, ben allargats. No omplirem massa la safata ja que courem els encenalls en diverses vegades, \u00e9s millor fer cada cop unes 6 o 7 peces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 es poden fer en forma de tires llargues d&#039;uns 8 o 9 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per sobre cobrirem la massa amb el granet d&#039;ametlla i courem les llimadures amb el forn preescalfat a 220 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 7 minuts, no han de quedar molt cuites ja que en refredar s&#039;assequen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En sortir del forn i amb molt de compte les posarem una per una sobre un cilindre prim i les doblegarem perqu\u00e8 agafin la forma d&#039;encenalls tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Aquesta operaci\u00f3 cal fer-la quan estan calentes ja que en refredar-se s&#039;assequen i no les podr\u00edem doblegar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Farem un bany maria per fondre la xocolata, per aix\u00f2 posarem aigua en un cass\u00f3 ia sobre un recipient i amb la calor de l&#039;aigua es fondr\u00e0 la xocolata. Apagarem el foc i llen\u00e7arem la mantega, remenant fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banyarem els encenalls amb la xocolata. Hi ha dues maneres de fer-ho, una \u00e9s introduint els encenalls dins de la xocolata i esc\u00f3rrer b\u00e9, perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;exc\u00e9s de xocolata. L&#039;altra forma \u00e9s pintant-les generosament amb un pinzell.
