Nosaltres hem preparat aquestes Mongetes o Mongetes Blanques cuinades a casa, encara que si vols tamb\u00e9 les pots comprar ja cuites, ja veur\u00e0s que de les dues maneres i amb els Chipirones et quedaran exquisides. Mongetes o Mongetes Blanques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva i Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per als Calamarsons:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg. Calamars o Calamars petits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deixarem en remull les mongetes durant unes 12 hores. L&#039;aigua ha de triplicar el volum de les mongetes. Les escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bullirem els fesols posant-los en una cassola amb aigua freda juntament amb el llorer. L&#039;aigua ha de cobrir les mongetes i doblegar-ne el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir traurem l&#039;escuma que hi ha per sobre llen\u00e7arem un got d&#039;aigua freda per espantar les mongetes. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 no es trenquin i quedin m\u00e9s tendres. Tirarem aigua freda dues vegades m\u00e9s, quan tornin a bullir. Cal coure-les amb el foc molt baix durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el sofregit posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella gran i quan estigui calent afegirem l&#039;all picat i tot seguit la ceba, el porro, la pastanaga i el pebrot. Tot picat molt fi. Salarem i sofregirem durant uns 12 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegiu-hi el tom\u00e0quet ratllat, al qual us hem posat una culleradeta petita de sucre per treure-li l&#039;acidesa. Sofregirem tot plegat uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Ha de quedar com si fos una melmelada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem el sofregit a les mongetes i courem durant uns 30 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per preparar els calamarsets, posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i quan estigui calent afegirem les cebes tallades a la juliana. Salarem i remourem la cassola. Taparem i courem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els calamarsets, si s\u00f3n grans els tallarem a trossos. Pujarem una mica el foc, ja que els calamars deixaran anar for\u00e7a aigua. Els courem durant uns 20 minuts o fins que l&#039;aigua hagi estat absorbida. A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem el vi, el pebre i el julivert picat. Ho remeneu tot i ho courem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els calamarsets juntament amb la seva salsa a les mongetes. Comprovarem de sal i si cal afegirem m\u00e9s aigua.
