Sal per coure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per a la Salsa de Ceps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25 grs. Ceps deshidratats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abocarem pebre negre m\u00f2lt i orenga per sobre i per sota de la canya de llom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata que pugui anar al forn cobrirem la part de baix amb una bona capa de sal. A sobre dipositarem el llom i el cobrirem totalment amb sal. \u00c9s important que la font no sigui gaire gran, \u00e9s a dir, que sigui d&#039;una mesura aproximada a la mida del llom. Humitejarem la sal amb una mica d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 quedi m\u00e9s atape\u00efda i no caigui.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i courem durant uns 60 minuts. La crosta de sal ha de quedar completament seca. Deixarem temperar sense tocar de la safata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;hagi refredat una mica la sal \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil treure-la, ja que ha quedat com una crosta. Eliminarem la sal que hagi pogut quedar enganxada al llom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem amb un ganivet el llom a rodanxes m\u00e9s aviat fines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la salsa de Ceps hem posat els bolets a hidratar amb aigua durant uns 30 minuts. Escorreu-les i reserveu l&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un raig d&#039;oli en una paella i quan estigui calent incorporarem la ceba picada molt petita. Remenarem i sofregirem amb el foc baix durant uns 5 minuts. Afegirem el porro picat fi i sofregirem tot plegat durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s, sempre amb el foc molt baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem els bolets ben escorreguts i remenarem. Cuinarem durant uns 2 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem una mica de l&#039;aigua d&#039;hidratar els ceps i cuinarem 3 minuts m\u00e9s, fins que veiem que gaireb\u00e9 no queda suc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la nata per cuinar.
