Uns dol\u00e7os que ens ho va presentar i va ensenyar un bon amic pastisser que tenim a Cant\u00e0bria, ell va ser qui ens va passar aquesta estupenda recepta de corbates de pasta de full, les conegudes corbates d&#039;unquera elaborades amb una base de <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/massa-de-pasta-de-full\/\">massa de pasta de full<\/a>, ja veureu que \u00e9s una recepta molt especial i molt f\u00e0cils de preparar. Sucre m\u00f2lt\/glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Granet d&#039;Ametlla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de \u00bd Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estirarem la massa de pasta de full i empolvorarem sucre m\u00f2lt per sobre. Donem la volta a la pasta de full i traurem el paper que porta la massa. Empolvorarem tamb\u00e9 aquesta part amb sucre llustre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem per la meitat i al llarg la massa de pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;una regla, tallarem porcions de 5 cent\u00edmetres d&#039;amplada. Han sortit 16 peces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem una safata de forn amb paper de coure al damunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la corbata agafarem una pe\u00e7a i hi donarem dues voltes (tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo). Queda semblant a un lla\u00e7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem la clara d&#039;ou i el sucre i ho remourem fins que estigui tot integrat. Afegirem el suc de llimona i l&#039;integrarem tamb\u00e9. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s una gla\u00e7a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un pinzell pintarem generosament les vores amb la gla\u00e7a, \u00e9s a dir les dues parts que no hagin estat doblegades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment, cobrirem la gla\u00e7a amb el granet d&#039;ametlla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament o fins que estiguin daurades.
