Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Llevat qu\u00edmic Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Sucre glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Rom negre per macerar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre per arrebossar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelarem i tallarem els pl\u00e0tans en uns trossos de dos cent\u00edmetres de llarg i els macerarem durant uns trenta minuts amb el rom. Anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 el rom arribi a tots els trossets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separarem la clara del rovell de l&#039;ou. Posarem el rovell i el sucre gla\u00e7 en un bol i batrem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem la llet, l&#039;oli i una cullerada sopera del rom de la maceraci\u00f3. Batrem amb un batedor manual<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem la farina que hem tamisat juntament amb el llevat qu\u00edmic. Barrejarem amb un batedor fins a aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia. Ha de quedar for\u00e7a espessa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem la clara d&#039;ou muntada a punt de neu i la integrarem amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt. Deixarem reposar la massa uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem els pl\u00e0tans i els passarem a la massa dels bunyols. Barrejarem fins aconseguir que quedin ben impregnats amb la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalfarem oli de gira-sol en una paella fonda i no gaire gran. Quan l&#039;oli estigui ben calent i amb l&#039;ajuda de dues culleres soperes, agafarem un tros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de pl\u00e0tan ben banyat amb la massa i ho fregirem. Cal anar amb compte que no es cremin, el foc no ha d&#039;estar gaire alt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem en un plat el sucre en gra i una mica de canyella m\u00f2lta.
