Clo\u00efsses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Carxofes (1.250 grs. aprox.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Patata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Crema de Llet per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,5 litres Brou de Verdures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deixarem en remull les clo\u00efsses amb aigua i sal durant uns 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 deixin anar la sorra que poguessin tenir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 les carxofes no quedin negres, posarem en un recipient aigua freda, un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de gel i unes fulles de julivert que trepitjarem amb les mans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem les carxofes i deixarem nom\u00e9s el cor, \u00e9s a dir la part blanca. Tallarem les carxofes per la meitat i en obrir-les si tenen alguns cabells els traurem amb un ganivet. De cada carxofa en farem uns 6 trossos. Deixeu-les en remull amb l&#039;aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una cassola al foc amb oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi tirem el porro, la ceba i la patata. Tot ho hem trossejat petit. Remenarem i sofregirem durant uns dos minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les carxofes ben escorregudes i sofregirem amb el foc baix durant uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s, remenant perqu\u00e8 no es cremin les verdures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi posarem el brou de verdures bullint, i el pebre. Taparem la cassola i cuinarem amb el foc baix durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament. Afegirem la crema de llet i la mantega. Remenarem i cuinarem tot junt uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregarem una dent d&#039;all per tot el fons de la paella i hi tirem unes gotes d&#039;oli. Incorporarem les clo\u00efsses ben rentades i escorregudes. Taparem la paella i amb el foc alt s&#039;aniran obrint les clo\u00efsses. A mesura que estiguin obertes les traurem de la paella d&#039;una en una perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;assequin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric batrem les verdures juntament amb el brou. Ha de quedar molt fi. Es pot colar a m\u00e9s amb un colador xin\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem de nou la crema de carxofes al foc juntament amb les clo\u00efsses sense la petxina i afegirem tamb\u00e9 el suc que hagin deixat anar les clo\u00efsses. Comprovarem de sal i si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de brou o aigua, si la crema ha quedat molt espessa.
