Vi Blanc<\/li><li>50 ml. Brandy\/Conyac<\/li><li>30 grs. Mantega de Porc<\/li><li>1 Cullerada sopera de Pebre vermell dol\u00e7<\/li><li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li><li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i pebre negre<\/li><li>Patates per fregir<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salpebrarem els bra\u00e7os per tots els costats. En una cassola ampla posarem la mantega de porc i quan estigui fosa afegirem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. Quan estigui ben calent fregirem amb el foc fort els garrons per tots els costats. Nom\u00e9s s&#039;han de daurar per fora. Reservarem.<\/li><li>En el mateix oli sofregirem la ceba tallada a trossos, la pastanaga tallada a discos. Sofregirem amb el foc alt perqu\u00e8 agafi una mica de color. Afegirem el pebrot verd i courem durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem els tom\u00e0quets tamb\u00e9 tallats a trossos. Sofregirem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Afegirem a continuaci\u00f3 el vi, el brandi i el pebre vermell. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 no es cremi el pebre vermell. Afegirem el llorer, la farigola i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat. Abocarem tamb\u00e9 una mica de pebre negre.<\/li><li>Incorporarem els braons. Els donarem unes voltes ia continuaci\u00f3 llen\u00e7arem l&#039;aigua o el brou bullint. Taparem la cassola. Baixarem el foc i courem els bra\u00e7os a foc lent, vigilant no falti brou per coure i afegint-hi aigua si cal, per\u00f2 sempre bullint. De tant en tant els farem la volta perqu\u00e8 es coguin igual per tots els costats.<\/li><li>Courem durant una hora i 45 minuts aproximadament, o fins que estiguin els bra\u00e7os molt tous. Els traurem de la cassola, retirarem tamb\u00e9 la fulla de llorer i triturarem la salsa en un got batedor. Si la salsa queda molt espessa afegiu-hi una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.<\/li><li>Incorporarem la salsa i els bra\u00e7os a la cassola.
