Maduixes Silvestres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ou per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cullerades soperes Melmelada de Maduixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades soperes d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Crema Pastissera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escor\u00e7a de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passarem la massa de pasta de full juntament amb el paper vegetal a una safata de forn. Tallarem la massa en dos i ens sortiran dues bandes de pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punxarem la base de la pasta de full deixant un marge per tots els costats d&#039;1,5 cm. aproximadament, aix\u00ed evitarem que la massa de la part central s&#039;infli al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 no pugi la pasta de full hem fet una plantilla de cartr\u00f3 que ens cobreixi tota la part punxada, (tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo). A sobre de la plantilla posarem uns pesos que poden ser unes tasses o gots. Aix\u00ed al forn nom\u00e9s s&#039;inflaran els costats de la pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem tots els costats amb ou batut. Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem les pastes de full durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Deixarem refredar totalment i traurem el cartr\u00f3 que cobria la pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per preparar la crema posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la meitat de la llet, la pell de llimona i el pal de canyella. Quan comenci a bullir, apaguem el foc i deixem que s&#039;infusioni. Colem la llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem els rovells dels ous en un bol juntament amb el sucre, la resta de la llet i la maizena i batem amb un batedor manual fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estigui freda la llet la posarem en un cass\u00f3 i afegirem la barreja dels ous. Remenarem b\u00e9 i courem amb el foc molt baix i sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc. Hi afegim la mantega i ho barregem tot. Reservarem la crema en una plata fins que estigui freda tapada amb paper film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem una mica la crema pastissera, perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil la seva distribuci\u00f3, i cobrirem la base de la pasta de full amb la crema, procurant que quedi allisada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre cobrirem tota la crema amb les maduixes silvestres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diluirem la melmelada amb l&#039;aigua. Perqu\u00e8 la barreja quedi una mica l\u00edquida la podem batre amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric i ens quedar\u00e0 m\u00e9s fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem per sobre de les maduixes amb la melmelada i aix\u00ed aconseguirem que quedi molt brillant.
