Farina de rebosteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Moscatell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. An\u00eds Dol\u00e7 Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. <a title=\"Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel\" href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/cabell-dangel\/\">Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada petita Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu-ho en un bol, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, el moscatell, l&#039;an\u00eds i la canyella en pols. Remenarem una mica per barrejar-ho tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada i pastarem. Quan la massa s&#039;enlairi del bol la traurem i continuarem pastant a m\u00e0 damunt la taula de treball<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividirem la massa en porcions de 50 gr. aproximadament i farem unes boles perqu\u00e8 agafin consist\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un paper de coure ia sobre una bola tapant-la amb un altre paper de coure i amb el corr\u00f3 aplanarem la bola, donant-li una forma rodona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al centre hi posarem una mica de cabell d&#039;\u00e0ngel. Tancarem amb lajuda del paper. Amb els dits tancarem les vores, donant-los una forma ondulada, agafant la massa per la part de baix i doblegant-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada cop que fem un pastisset cal tornar a donar forma a la bola perqu\u00e8 la massa quedi ben refinada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els anem posant en una safata per al forn amb paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i els coem durant 20 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En sortir del forn els ruixem amb an\u00eds i els arrebossem per dalt amb sucre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels Pastissets de Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 que s&#039;ha explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Forner de Alella elabora unos deliciosos Pastissets de Tortosa que son unos pastelitos rellenos de Cabello de Angel, t\u00edpicos de la provincia de Tarragona y de Castell\u00f3n.
