Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Llesques de Pa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 Ametlles crues sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta Pebre vermell dol\u00e7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ratllem els tom\u00e0quets i afegim un pessic de sucre i remenem. Picarem dues dents d&#039;alls. Reservem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella petita i hi afegim les altres dues dents d&#039;all pelades i les ametlles crues. Fregim amb el foc molt baix perqu\u00e8 no es cremin. Reservem tot a sobre de paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;oli sobrant. Al mateix oli fregim pels dos costats les llesques de pa que tamb\u00e9 reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem i trossegem les patates a trossos no gaire grans. Les espetegem perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed deixin anar el mid\u00f3 i ens espesseixi despr\u00e9s la salsa. Fer petar \u00e9s clavar el ganivet i prement cap amunt esquin\u00e7ar la patata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola gran hi posarem l&#039;oli de fregir i hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s si cal. Abans que estigui molt calent l&#039;oli hi afegim els alls picats i hi donem unes voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim el tom\u00e0quet ratllat i ho fregim tot durant uns set minuts. Ha de quedar molt sofregit. Afegim el pebre vermell i remenem r\u00e0pidament perqu\u00e8 no es cremi i tot seguit afegim el vi, remenem i esperem que s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol. Afegim una mica de julivert picat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim les patates i els donem unes voltes i tot seguit el fumet de peix ben calent. Reservarem una mica per afegir despr\u00e9s si cal. Empolvorarem amb el pebre negre al gust. Coeu les patates durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament amb el foc baix i la cassola tapada. Si cal, hi afegim m\u00e9s brou o aigua calenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem la picada o picada posant les ametlles fregides al morter amb una mica de sal i piquem. Hi afegim els alls tallats a trossets i el pa i ho piquem tot. Afegim finalment el julivert picat i aixafem tot amb el mall fins que quedi ben picat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la picada a la cassola i la barregem b\u00e9 amb tota la salsa. Coem tot junt uns 2 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salem el rap i ho incorporem a la cassola. Mourem la cassola i amb el foc baix courem tot durant uns 7 minuts m\u00e9s.
