Massa Mare s\u00f2lida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Farina de Blat de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Farina de S\u00e8gol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera d\u00b4Oli d\u00b4Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Mel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Descongelem la Massa mare s\u00f2lida i deixem que fermenti en un bol tapat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop descongelada hi afegirem la mel, la sal i l&#039;aigua. Guardarem una mica d&#039;aigua per afegir despr\u00e9s. Hi afegirem l&#039;oli i remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 hi afegim la farina de s\u00e8gol sense tamisar i despr\u00e9s la farina de blat tamisada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem tot amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que estigui tot ben integrat. Si cal afegiu-hi una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem reposar la massa durant 15 minuts tapada amb drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el llevat de forner ben dissolt i la resta de l&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri b\u00e9 el llevat. Seguirem pastant fins que s&#039;enlairi del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem a la taula de treball una mica de farina i traurem la massa del bol i anirem pastant a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per amassar a m\u00e0 anirem fent un cop a la massa doblegarem la massa, li farem un quart de volta, i ho farem aix\u00ed fins que quedi la massa el\u00e0stica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per saber que ja est\u00e0 pastada, agafarem un trosset de massa i amb una mica de farina l&#039;anirem estirant fins que surtin els forats rodons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui ja llesta li donarem forma de bola i deixarem reposar tapada fins que dobli el volum. Un cop hagi doblegat el volum la traurem del bol i farem peces de 100 grs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal donar-los una forma rodona (veure el v\u00eddeo) i les posarem en una llauna de forn amb paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les deixarem reposar uns 5 minuts i donarem la forma de barretes. Per aix\u00f2 posarem una mica de farina a taula i aplanarem les boles. Les doblegarem i enrotllarem perqu\u00e8 donar-li la forma deixant la lligadura per la part de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les posarem a la llauna i les deixarem fermentar ben tapades, pot ser dins del forn. Han de fermentar durant una hora aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l\u00b4ajuda d\u00b4un pinzell i molt suaument pintarem els panets i els posarem unes llavors de s\u00e8sam per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una ganiveta ben esmolada donarem un tall als panets i els empolvorarem amb una mica de farina per donar-li un toc r\u00fastic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 240 \u00ba i els courem per dalt i baix. Quan els panets estiguin ja al forn baixarem el forn a 200 \u00ba i farem vapor d&#039;aigua amb un polvoritzador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El temps de cocci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de vint minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Pa R\u00fastic amb Harina de Centeno amb atenci\u00f3 per poder seguir correctament
