Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal gruixuda i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una safata per al forn posarem el cabrit trossejat amb la pell per sota. Untem el cabrit amb mantega de porc pels dos costats. Salpebrarem el cabrit i posarem per sobre la farigola i el roman\u00ed esmicolat. Ho deixarem en maceraci\u00f3 durant una hora com a m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem el vi blanc i un got gran d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenim el forn ben preescalfat a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. \u00c9s important que el forn estigui ben calent. Coem el cabrit durant uns 30 minuts i el traiem del forn per capgirar-lo. Si li falta suc, s&#039;hi afegeix una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem i tallem les patates a discos de mig cent\u00edmetre de gruix aproximadament i les fregim amb abundant oli d&#039;oliva. Reservem i salem les patates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0El cabrit ha cuit 15 minuts m\u00e9s i ara hi afegim les patates distribuint-les b\u00e9 per la safata. I cuinem durant 15 minuts m\u00e9s. Ho hem tingut en total 1 hora al forn. Amb un escuradents llarg comprovem que estigui cuit. S&#039;ha d&#039;enfonsar el escuradents amb facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El temps dependr\u00e0 de cada forn i de la mida del cabrit. Ha de quedar cruixent per fora i tendre per dins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s important afegir aigua a poc a poc perqu\u00e8 no es quedi sense suc.
