Ametlla Molida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Sucre glas (m\u00f2lt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. Rom Negre (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Culleradeta Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Ametlla filatejada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xocolata per fondre 70% Cacau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farem servir un motlle de silicona de 25 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre. Untarem la base i les vores amb mantega. Empolvorarem per sobre amb farina i despr\u00e9s colpegem perqu\u00e8 surti la farina que no s&#039;ha enganxat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doblegarem la massa fallta per poder posar-la millor al motlle. Premem la massa i la distribuirem per tot el motlle. Punxarem amb una forquilla tota la base. Un cop punxada cobrirem la base amb paper d&#039;enfornar tallat a la mida del motlle, i per sobre posarem cigrons secs perqu\u00e8 no pugi la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i per baix i courem la pasta brisa durant uns 12 minuts aproximadament. Deixarem entebeir i traurem els cigrons i el paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol posarem la mantega que l&#039;hem fos al microones i el sucre m\u00f2lt. Batrem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els ous i batrem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques fins que quedi la barreja ben blanquejada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la vainilla l\u00edquida, el rom, la farina i l&#039;ametlla en pols i tornarem a batre fins que quedi tot ben barrejat. Es pot batre amb un batedor manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem una mica de canyella en pols als cabells d&#039;\u00e0ngel. Barrejarem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem els cabells d&#039;\u00e0ngel al fons del past\u00eds, distribuint-los per tota la base i despr\u00e9s dipositarem la crema d&#039;ametlla que tamb\u00e9 distribuirem. Allisarem i donarem uns copets per igualar la superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Cobrirem el past\u00eds amb les ametlles laminades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el past\u00eds al forn i el courem amb el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 45 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Deixarem refredar totalment abans de desemmotllar-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondem una mica de xocolata per fondre i ho passem a una m\u00e0niga pastissera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per internet es troben els n\u00fameros del rellotge amb facilitat i hem tret una plantilla amb els n\u00fameros, que cobrirem amb un full de paper vegetal. Amb la m\u00e0niga pastissera i un forat petit copiarem els n\u00fameros per fer el rellotge. Farem tamb\u00e9 les manetes, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Cal deixar refredar totalment la xocolata perqu\u00e8 es pugui enlairar-se del paper vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per la part del darrere dels n\u00fameros posarem una mica de xocolata calenta perqu\u00e8 es puguin enganxar al past\u00eds.
