Macarrons petits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Pernil Ib\u00e8ric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Formatge Mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem el pernil en quadradets petits i els xampinyons tamb\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondrem la mantega en una cassola ampla i despr\u00e9s afegirem els macarrons. Els farem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 els macarrons absorbeixin el gust de la mantega i es dauri una mica la pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els xampinyons i cuinarem durant un parell de minuts tot junt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem l&#039;aigua bullint que ha de cobrir tots els macarrons. Afegirem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou esmicolat i bullirem la pasta segons les instruccions del fabricant, vigilarem que no hi falti aigua. Cal afegir-la sempre bullint i aix\u00ed no es para la cocci\u00f3. Aquests macarrons han de bullir amb poca aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem l&#039;orenga i el pebre i tamb\u00e9 el pernil, el formatge ratllat i el mascarpone.
