Carn de Porc picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Gambes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;oliva, sal i pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa ratllat i Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brandy per flambejar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a la picada o picada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Avellanes torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Llesques de Pa Frito<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem els ous en un bol juntament amb l&#039;all, el julivert, la sal i el pebre. Batem els ous i afegim les carns de porc i vedella. Barregeu-ho tot i afegiu-hi el pa ratllat fins a aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem unes boles amb la massa i les enfarinem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregiu les mandonguilles en una paella amb l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva ben calent. Han de quedar daurades per fora i cruetes per dins. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim lleugerament les gambes i les flamegem amb el brandi. Compte amb l&#039;extractor de fums ha d&#039;estar apagat en flamejar. Reservem les gambes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem l&#039;oli de fregir les gambes en una cassola i hi afegim la ceba picada i les dents d&#039;all picades. Si cal afegiu-hi una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli. Sofregiu-ho amb el foc baix fins que la ceba estigui transparent. Hi afegim la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit. Remenem i afegim tamb\u00e9 el vi blanc i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn trossejat. Cuinem tot junt durant un parell de minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim una mica d&#039;aigua a la salsa i hi afegim les mandonguilles. Coem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem la picada o picada. Fregim primer les llesques de pa i les reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un morter els alls tallats i els piquem fins a aconseguir una pasta. Hi afegim les ametlles i les avellanes i picarem. A continuaci\u00f3 posarem el pa fregit i picarem. Finalment tallarem el julivert i continuarem aixafant amb el pal del morter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la picada a la cassola. Ho remenem tot i hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua. Courem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s fins que les mandonguilles estiguin toves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim les gambes juntament amb el suc que ha quedat despr\u00e9s de flamejar i si cal una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.
