La massa de farina es pot barrejar amb aigua, llet, ou o llevat, i segons com els prefereixis poden portar o un farcit dol\u00e7 o salat, la crema i el bacall\u00e0 s\u00f3n els ingredients estrella. Pr\u00e8viament, hem afegit l&#039;emulsionant a la farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En comen\u00e7ar a bullir, retirem del foc, i afegim de cop la farina comen\u00e7ant a remenar constantment la massa que a poc a poc s&#039;anir\u00e0 enlairant de les vores del recipient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tenim la massa a punt, la deixarem refredar i despr\u00e9s afegirem els ous un a un remenant constantment la massa fins que s&#039;integri totalment.
