Bolets variats congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre Brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva i Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 Boletes de Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena o Guindilla (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem i traiem les plomes de les guatlles. Les obrim per la meitat i les salem,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i quan estigui calent daurem les guatlles pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem les cebes a trossos grans, la pastanaga tallada a discos, els alls amb la pell els donarem un cop perqu\u00e8 es xafin una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sense treure les guatlles de la cassola afegim la ceba, la pastanaga i els alls. Sofregim amb el foc fort fins que la ceba quedi daurada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixem el foc i afegim el vi. Ull l&#039;extractor apagat i si \u00e9s possible apartem la cassola del foc ja que la cassola est\u00e0 molt calenta. Remenarem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol afegirem les boletes de pebre, el bitxo (opcional), la farigola i el llorer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim tamb\u00e9 el brou bullint. Remenem, tapem la cassola i couem amb el foc baix durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim els bolets rentats i una mica m\u00e9s de brou, si cal. Mourem la cassola i courem lentament fins que les guatlles estiguin toves, aproximadament uns 35 minuts. Cal comprovar de sal i afegir m\u00e9s brou o aigua bullent si es queda sense salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s important deixar reposar aquest plat.
