Aquest gelat \u00e9s un postre congelat que porta nata i amb les seves ensopegades de Xocolata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Gelat de Stracciatella\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pHb1j5gUQn0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 ml. llet<\/li><li>500 ml. nata per muntar (crema de llet)<\/li><li>140 grs. sucre m\u00f2lt (glas)<\/li><li>60 grs. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/sucre-invertit\/\">sucre invertit (veure v\u00eddeo)<\/a><\/li><li>1 cullerada vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li><li>100 grs. xocolata negra picada<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem en un bol la nata per muntar, ha de tenir un m\u00ednim del 35% de mat\u00e8ria grassa, hi afegirem la llet, el sucre invertit, el sucre glas i la cullerada de vainilla l\u00edquida.<\/li><li> Amb una batedora el\u00e8ctrica, batrem b\u00e9 tots els ingredients i els dipositarem en un recipient que pugui anar al congelador.<\/li><li> Ho posarem al congelador durant dues hores.<\/li><li> Picarem la xocolata al gust i la distribuirem per la base del gelat. Remenarem el gelat i la xocolata procurant que quedi ben repartit. En estar el gelat una mica congelat, la xocolata quedar\u00e0 ben barrejada.<\/li><li> Ho tornarem a posar al congelador durant 45 minuts i el traurem per tornar a remoure, procurant enlairar-lo de les parets i aix\u00ed evitarem que es cristal\u00b7litzi.<\/li><li> Aquesta operaci\u00f3 la farem tres cops. \u00c9s important per aconseguir una bona cremositat del gelat.<\/li><li> Finalment ho deixarem refredar durant 12 hores al congelador, abans de consumir-lo.<\/li><li> Abans de servir el gelat \u00e9s millor deixar-ho durant uns 15 minuts a temperatura ambient.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Gelat de Stracciatella per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.
