Aprox)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Bolets Deshidratats (Moixernons\/Senderuelas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Avellanes torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola i Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidratarem els bolets deixant-los en remull durant una hora com a m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem la carn i l&#039;enfarinarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregiu els filets de vedella amb el foc alt, en una cassola gran amb oli d&#039;oliva. Els farem la volta. Han de daurar-se per fora i quedar crus per dins. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baixarem el foc i sofregirem la ceba picada. Donarem unes voltes i courem la ceba lentament durant uns 5 minuts, fins a quedar transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat al qual hem afegit una culleradeta de sucre per treure-li l&#039;acidesa. Remenarem i sofregirem tot junt uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el vi blanc i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol afegirem els filets juntament amb el suc que hauran deixat anar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s afegirem aigua bullint per a la cocci\u00f3, els bolets rentats i escorreguts, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn i la farigola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i courem a foc lent vigilant que no li falti l\u00edquid per coure. Cal afegir-ho sempre bullint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una picada amb els alls a qu\u00e8 els hem tret el cor. Picarem els alls en un morter amb una mica de sal. Afegirem les ametlles, les avellanes i continuarem picant. Despr\u00e9s tallarem el julivert i picarem tot junt. Tamb\u00e9 es pot fer amb una picadora el\u00e8ctrica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem la carn fins que estigui tendra. Dep\u00e8n del tipus de carn. Finalment afegirem la picada i comprovarem de sal. Donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri b\u00e9 la picada i courem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.
