Una recepta d&#039;arr\u00f2s \u00e0rab amb ametlles, passes i preparada amb l&#039;arr\u00f2s tipus Basmati. \u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pida de fer i \u00e9s fant\u00e0stica per acompanyar qualsevol plat de Carns amb salsa i tamb\u00e9 per degustar com a plat. Arr\u00f2s Basmati<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Brou de Verdures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Ametlles crues sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Panses Corint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pals Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gingebre en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem en remull amb aigua l&#039;arr\u00f2s durant uns 60 minuts i escorrerem. Rentarem l&#039;arr\u00f2s sota el raig de l&#039;aigua i quan l&#039;aigua estigui transparent l&#039;escorrerem novament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegirem els pals de canyella i els fregirem uns 10 segons. Traurem els pals de canyella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la ceba picada molt fina. Remenarem i sofregirem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 5 minuts fins que estigui transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les ametlles crues i les fregirem durant uns 3 minuts fins que es daurin una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem les panses, remourem i les fregirem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi tireu l&#039;arr\u00f2s ben escorregut, ho remeneu perqu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients i es freda una mica l&#039;arr\u00f2s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem despr\u00e9s el brou de verdures i courem l&#039;arr\u00f2s seguint les instruccions del fabricant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop passats 10 minuts de cocci\u00f3 salpebrarem l&#039;arr\u00f2s al nostre gust i afegirem tamb\u00e9 el gingebre en pols. Remenarem amb compte.
