La Past\u00eds Tat\u00ed \u00e9s mundialment famosa i molt f\u00e0cil de fer a casa i la podem preparar amb diferents fruites. Aquesta la farem amb Peres que no han d&#039;estar ni verds ni madures. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelarem les peres i les tallarem per la meitat, traient tamb\u00e9 el cor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la mantega en una paella i quan es fongui afegirem el sucre i amb el foc molt baix remourem sempre perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi el sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a daurar-se i tinguem gaireb\u00e9 un caramel apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untarem la base i els costats del motlle amb mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribuirem el caramel per tota la base del motlle ia sobre les meitats de la pera amb la part ovalada a baix. Cal omplir tots els buits amb m\u00e9s trossets de pera. Ha de quedar completament cobert tot el motlle amb les peres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 15 minuts. Traurem el motlle del forn amb molt de compte i deixarem refredar una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la massa brisa per la part de sobre de les peres procurant cobrir tota la vora del motlle i empenyem la massa brisa cap a dins del motlle. Punxarem amb una forquilla la massa brisa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem de nou el past\u00eds al forn, ara a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 30 minuts. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn, ha de quedar dauradeta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem entebeir el past\u00eds. Per desemmotllar-la hi posarem un plat a sobre i donarem la volta com si fos una truita. Cal anar amb molt de compte ja que podria sortir una mica de caramel i ens podr\u00edem cremar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquest past\u00eds es pren una mica calent.
