Mantega Salada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert abundant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per bullir les Canyetes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 litre d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deixarem en remull amb aigua i sal les canyetes o cargols de mar. Escorrerem i rentarem de nou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per bullir el marisc \u00e9s important la proporci\u00f3 de sal i aigua. Tingueu en compte que el correcte \u00e9s un litre d&#039;aigua per 70 grams de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem l&#039;aigua i la sal en una olla i quan bulli hi posarem les canyetes. Quan arrenqui a bullir l&#039;aigua de nou, courem les canyetes 10 minuts. Escorrerem i deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per preparar la salsa, posarem al got batedor la mantega a temperatura ambient, els alls tallats als quals hem tret el germen que hi ha dins i tamb\u00e9 les fulles de julivert. Si la mantega no \u00e9s salada ara \u00e9s quan cal afegir-hi la sal. Batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins que tot quedi ben barrejat i integrat. Ha de quedar una pasta molt fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buidarem els cargols amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un escuradents, si \u00e9s millor met\u00e0l\u00b7lic, i reservarem la carn que hi ha a dins. Les canyetes tenen una primera capa que cal treure-la i llen\u00e7ar-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata de fang posarem una capa de sal gruixuda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una cullereta petita introduirem una mica de mantega dins la petxina del cargol i despr\u00e9s posarem el cos del cargol i finalment ho taparem amb m\u00e9s salsa de mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipositarem les canyetes a la font de fang que ten\u00edem preparada.
