Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>170 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Llevat fresc de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comen\u00e7arem posant la farina a la taula de treball, fent una muntanya. Farem la forma d&#039;un volc\u00e0 amb un buit al centre on posarem els ous una mica batuts, la ratlladura de llimona, la sal, el sucre i la llet, guardant una mica de llet per si no fos necessari afegir-la tota, ja que totes les farines no absorbeixen la mateixa quantitat de l\u00edquids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem amb les mans unint la farina als elements l\u00edquids fins que s&#039;hagi integrat totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la mantega a temperatura ambient i el llevat esmicolat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguirem pastant amb les mans procurant airejar la massa. Una bona manera de pastar \u00e9s agafant la massa pels costats, capgirar-la i doblegar-la. Cada cop s&#039;anir\u00e0 enganxant menys a la taula de treball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si costa molt amassar-la, farem forma de bola i la deixarem reposar uns 5 minuts tapada amb un drap de cuina i aix\u00ed ser\u00e0s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil continuar amassant ja que anir\u00e0 treballant el gluten. Ha de quedar una massa molt llisa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem forma de bola a la massa i la deixarem reposar, fins que dobli el volum, en un recipient que pr\u00e8viament haurem untat amb oli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli damunt la taula de treball i dipositem la massa per tallar-la a porcions. Tallem uns trossos de massa d&#039;uns 60 g. cadascun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem forma de bola a cadascuna de les porcions. Per aix\u00f2 agafarem un trosset de massa i portarem la massa des de fora cap al centre donant-li la forma de bola i amb el buit de la m\u00e0 acabem de donar-li la forma (veure el v\u00eddeo on s&#039;explica la forma de fer-ho)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem les boles a la safata de forn que pr\u00e8viament haurem untat amb oli. Taparem amb un drap de cuina i deixarem reposar durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la barreta agafarem la bola i l&#039;aplanarem una mica. Doblegarem la meitat cap al centre i l&#039;altra meitat tamb\u00e9. Enrotllem i donem la forma de la barreta estirant una mica (veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem els brioixos en una safata de forn untada amb oli. Han de fermentar en un lloc tancat, que no els doni l&#039;aire, fins a doblegar el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem els brioixos amb ou batut i amb unes tisores els donarem uns talls, pin\u00e7ant-los.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Enfornem durant uns 18 minuts. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estiguin freds els obrirem per la meitat. Els untarem pels dos costats amb mantega i els farcirem amb Pernil de Jabugo, o amb el que m\u00e9s ens agradi.
