Espaguetis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 grs. Gambes o Llagostins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Guindilla o Caiena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Brandy\/Conyac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml. Aigua per a la Salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traurem el cap de les gambes i les pelarem. Reservarem les cues de les gambes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola petita i quan estigui calent afegirem els caps i les pells de les gambes. Amb una forquilla de fusta aixafarem els caps perqu\u00e8 vagin deixant anar tots els seus sucs. Un cop fregides afegirem el brandi i courem durant un minut. Salarem i remourem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem l&#039;aigua i bullirem tot junt durant uns 15 minuts. Colarem el brou amb un colador molt fi, picant amb la m\u00e0 de morter perqu\u00e8 els caps deixin anar tot el suc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella molt fonda o un wok posarem oli d&#039;oliva i seguidament el bitxo tallat en dos trossets i els alls laminats molt fins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans que es daurin els alls afegirem les gambes pelades i les courem durant 2 minuts. Tot seguit afegirem el brou de la cocci\u00f3 dels caps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem tot junt durant uns 5 minuts amb el foc baix. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per bullir els espaguetis farem servir una olla molt gran. Posarem un litre daigua per cada 100 grams de pasta ja que la pasta necessita molta aigua perqu\u00e8 ens quedi b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan l&#039;aigua bulli afegiu-hi la sal. Nosaltres hi tirem un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli, per\u00f2 si no t&#039;agrada aix\u00ed, no cal posar-ho. Courem la pasta al dente, seguint les instruccions del fabricant. Escorrerem la pasta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalfarem la salsa i incorporarem els espaguetis, donant-los unes voltes perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat.
