Doblegarem la massa i amb l&#039;ou batut quedar\u00e0 tancada la xistorra. Tallarem la massa sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la tira amb la xistorra a una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer les pastes de full de pernil i formatge tallarem unes tires de formatge i de pernil d&#039;uns 2 cent\u00edmetres d&#039;amplada i les posarem damunt la massa de pasta de full deixant un espai per poder cobrir el pernil dol\u00e7 i el formatge. Premem una mica la pasta de full i amb ou batut pintarem una ratlla i tancarem la pasta de full. La part de la uni\u00f3 ha de quedar per sota quan la dipositem a la safata de forn. Tallarem la pasta de full sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la massa que ens sobri podem tallar-la en quadrats i posar una ametlla al centre i despr\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 enfornar-los.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l&#039;altra massa de pasta de full farem el mateix procediment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem les pasta de full de pat\u00e9, deixant tamb\u00e9 un espai de pasta de full i fent unes tires amb el pat\u00e9. Taparem el pat\u00e9 amb la pasta de full. Doblegarem i pintarem una franja igual que en els anteriors. Tancarem la pasta de full i tallarem el sobrant i les dipositarem tamb\u00e9 a la safata de forn amb la uni\u00f3 per baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem les tires de pasta de full amb ou batut. Marcarem les tires de pasta de full amb un ganivet fent unes marques d&#039;uns 2 cent\u00edmetres, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s al gust de cadasc\u00fa.
