Maduixots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Iogurt Natural<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 ml. Nata per Muntar al 35%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>165 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre Gelatina Neutra en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc d&#039;una llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Galetes Digestive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triturem les galetes, i les posem en un bol juntament amb la mantega que hem fos al microones. Ha d&#039;estar liquida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem les galetes amb la mantega fins a aconseguir una pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata posarem un c\u00e8rcol, que pot ser d&#039;un motlle desmuntable, i estenem la massa de les galetes, distribuint b\u00e9 fins que quedi una superf\u00edcie llisa. Ho deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturem la meitat dels maduixots fins que quedin liquats. Els passarem a un cass\u00f3 juntament amb el iogurt, la llimona i la meitat del sucre. Escalfem a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desfem la gelatina amb la llet i abans que comenci a bullir la barreja dels maduixots ho afegim al cass\u00f3. Remenarem fins que comenci a bullir una altra vegada la barreja. Ho deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem la nata i hi afegim la resta del sucre. Apartarem una mica de nata per a la decoraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim a la nata la barreja dels maduixots, quan estigui freda, amb moviments envoltants perqu\u00e8 no baixi la nata. Ho farem fins que quedi tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem els maduixots per la meitat i els posem al voltant del c\u00e8rcol. La part tallada \u00e9s la que toca el c\u00e8rcol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplirem el motlle amb la barreja.
