Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>330 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Gelatina neutra en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de 1 Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/bescuits-de-soletilla-melindros\/\">Soletilles (Melindres durs)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rom Negre opcional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per cobrir el past\u00eds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 grs. Maduixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer el past\u00eds utilitzem un c\u00e8rcol desemmotllable de 27 cmts. amb paper de coure al damunt de la safata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mullem els bescuits de soletilla amb el rom i fem la base del past\u00eds procurant que quedi ben coberta tota la base<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guardem unes quantes maduixes, uns 200 grs. aproximadament. Posem la resta de maduixes en un bol i les triturem. Hi afegim la meitat del sucre, el suc de llimona i els iogurts. Batem-ho tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la llet en un cass\u00f3 i quan arrenqui el bull afegim la gelatina en pols i remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri la gelatina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 posem al foc la barreja de les maduixes i la gelatina i quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i ho remourem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem la nata amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques, afegint la resta del sucre a poc a poc. \u00c9s important utilitzar un bol ben fred i deixar la nata abans de batre-la uns 15 minuts al congelador ja que espessa m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la barreja de les maduixes estigui a temperatura ambient afegirem a poc a poc la nata amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt procurant que no baixi la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partim per la meitat les maduixes guardades i les distribu\u00efm per tota la vora del c\u00e8rcol. Omplim el motlle amb la mousse de maduixes. Donem uns cops a la safata perqu\u00e8 es distribueixi b\u00e9 i el guardem al frigor\u00edfic almenys durant unes 2 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratem les fulles de gelatina deixant-les en remull durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem la gelatina per cobrir el past\u00eds. Triturem les maduixes i les posem en un cass\u00f3 juntament amb el sucre i quan comenci a bullir incorporem les fulles de gelatina ben escorregudes i remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrim el past\u00eds amb la gelatina de maduixa i decorem per sobre amb el que ens agradi.
