Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Llevat fresc de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Culleradeta de Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a la Crema de Xocolata:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 grs. Llet Evaporada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Xocolata Fondant Postres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem a la pastadora els ous, la sal, el sucre, la ratlladura de llimona, la canyella i l&#039;aigua. Remenarem una mica perqu\u00e8 es barregin els ingredients. Afegirem la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada. Amassarem amb una marxa curta durant uns 5 minuts per fer el fresat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la mantega a temperatura ambient i pastarem fins que la mantega s&#039;hagi integrat. Afegirem el llevat esmicolat i pastarem uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del bol i pastarem una mica amb les mans, fins que es deixi d&#039;enganxar a la taula de treball. Si costa de pastar, tapem la massa amb un drap de cuina i la deixem reposar uns 5 minuts i aix\u00ed despr\u00e9s sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil el pastat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s del pastat farem una bola i la dipositarem en un recipient amb una mica d&#039;oli per sota i els costats. Taparem amb paper film i la deixarem reposar uns 15 minuts a temperatura ambient i despr\u00e9s la guardarem tota la nit al frigor\u00edfic per fermentar-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del bol i farem unes porcions d&#039;uns 60 grams cadascuna. Per donar-li la forma agafem la pe\u00e7a i anem plegant cap a dins i estirant i ens quedar\u00e0 la forma duna bola. Amb el bol de la m\u00e0 recolzem i acabem d&#039;arrodonir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem una safata de forn amb paper d&#039;enfornar i dipositarem les berlines que han de doblegar el volum en un lloc tancat sense que els doni l&#039;aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la crema de xocolata posarem al foc la llet evaporada i quan estigui calenta afegirem la xocolata pr\u00e8viament trossejada, remenant fins que es fongui totalment la xocolata i quedi tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregirem les berlines amb abundant oli de gira-sol, donant-los la volta.
