Porros nom\u00e9s la part blanca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>225 ml. Crema de Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Formatge Roquefort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a la Salsa Roquefort:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Formatge Roquefort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Nous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Crema de Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 ml. Llet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem el porro a discos i la ceba a juliana. Sofregiu el porro i la ceba amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva en una paella gran. Salpebrem i remenem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapem la cassola i deixem que vagi escalfant amb el foc molt baix. Si cal afegiu-hi una miqueta d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 s&#039;ofegueu millor. Ofeguem durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol gran hi posem els ous, la crema de llet, el formatge trossejat i la nou moscada. Batem una mica amb el batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els porros i ho triturarem tot amb una batedora el\u00e8ctrica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la barreja en un motlle, si \u00e9s possible de silicona ja que \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil desemmotllar despr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Posem dins el forn un recipient amb aigua calenta ja que hem de cuinar la mousse al bany maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan l&#039;aigua comenci a bullir introdu\u00efm la nostra mousse, amb molt de compte de no cremar-nos, i cuinem durant uns 45 minuts. Cal comprovar amb un escuradents llarg i si surt sec ja tenim la mousse ben cuita. Si es daur\u00e0 massa, ho podem tapar amb paper d&#039;alumini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apaguem el foc i deixem la mousse una estoneta dins del forn. Quan estigui a temperatura ambient la desemmotllem i la posem en una font apropiada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per preparar la salsa posarem en un got batedor la nata, la llet, les nous una mica trossejades i el formatge. Triturem i batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la salsa i cuinem amb el foc molt baix. S&#039;ha de remoure sempre perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la salsa.
