Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Formatge Crem\u00f3s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Sucre per a la Nata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Cacau Pur sense sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Xocolata per fondre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Glasa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes culleradetes d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 del Mil Fulles de Nata i Trufa:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desenrotllem la massa de pasta de full i estenem sucre per sobre. Passem el corr\u00f3 per sobre, sense estr\u00e8nyer, nom\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri el sucre. Passem la massa a una safata amb paper de coure al damunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una altra safata amb paper de coure donem la volta a la massa de pasta de full. Estenem sucre per sobre de la massa i tamb\u00e9 passem el corr\u00f3 per sobre. Aquesta operaci\u00f3 l&#039;hem de fer amb les dues plaques de pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punxarem amb una forquilla la pasta de full, ja que en enfornar la pasta de full pujar\u00e0 dins del forn. Si la pasta de full puja massa, haurem de punxar-lo amb una forquilla ja que per a aquesta recepta necessitem que quedi pla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mesurarem la placa de pasta de full i tallarem 12 porcions iguals. Separarem les porcions perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxin en enfornar. Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Si tens l&#039;opci\u00f3 de ventilador, la pots utilitzar. Al cap de 5 minuts de fornejat punxarem les pastes de full, si veiem que van pujant. Coem durant uns 18 minuts, o fins que quedin daurats. Deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la gla\u00e7a posem el sucre m\u00f2lt en un recipient i, a poc a poc, hi afegim l&#039;aigua. Anem remenant fins a aconseguir una pasta. Unes 4\/5 culleradetes \u00e9s suficient. Impregnem 8 porcions amb la gla\u00e7a, nom\u00e9s per una cara i deixem que s&#039;assequin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per muntar la nata farem servir un bol que haurem deixat uns 10 minuts al congelador. Muntarem la nata amb el formatge crem\u00f3s, que ens ajudar\u00e0 a quedar m\u00e9s ferm. Quan estigui gaireb\u00e9 muntada hi afegirem el sucre i acabarem de muntar-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la T\u00f2fona utilitzarem la meitat de la nata i hi afegirem, a poc a poc, el cacau pur i amb moviments envoltants l&#039;integrarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre arrissat i afegirem la T\u00f2fona. Per muntar el milfulls posarem a sota una base de pasta de full a la qual afegirem una capa de t\u00f2fona.
