La vaig aprendre de la meva consogra Veva, que l&#039;havia provat diverses vegades i ens havia encantat. \u00c9s un aperitiu espectacular que deixa tots els que el proven amb ganes de repetir. Tonyina en Oli escorregut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Salsa Ketchup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 ml. Vinagre de Vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba mitjana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot verd itali\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Grans de Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc d&#039;una llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelarem i tallarem a discos fins la pastanaga. Picarem la ceba. Tallarem en quadradets el pebrot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella hi posarem els 60 grams d&#039;oli i quan estigui calent posarem la ceba picada i els alls sencers sense pell. Farem la ceba amb el foc molt baix fins que estigui transparent i tova. Reservarem la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli sofregirem les pastanagues i el pebrot sempre a foc lent, durant uns 5 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem la ceba, la tonyina esmicolada, els grans de pebre, la salsa quetxup, la salsa de tom\u00e0quet, la fulla de llorer i el vinagre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es barregin tots els ingredients i cuinarem durant uns 15 minuts, amb el foc molt baix, tenint cura que no s&#039;enganxi a la paella.
