Aquesta salsa catalana \u00e9s una combinaci\u00f3 perfecta de fruita seca, tom\u00e0quets, pebrots i oli d&#039;oliva, que li atorguen un sabor intens i delici\u00f3s. El millor de tot \u00e9s que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de preparar a casa i es pot conservar diversos dies a la nevera, per la qual cosa \u00e9s ideal per tenir a m\u00e0 i acompanyar una gran varietat de plats. Avellanes Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u00d1oras (Pebrots de Bola)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tom\u00e0quets de Penjar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 llesca de Pa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu en remull durant unes 12 hores les nyores, procurant fer un tall petit perqu\u00e8 penetri l&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la salsa, traiem la polpa de les nyores i reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rostim els tom\u00e0quets per tots els costats i dues dents d&#039;all. Deixem refredar. Un cop estiguin freds, pelarem els tom\u00e0quets i els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim la llesca de pa. Reservem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un got batedor els tom\u00e0quets pelats, tots els alls, l&#039;oli, el vinagre, les ametlles, les avellanes, les nyores, el pa, la sal, el pebre i el bitxo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem b\u00e9 amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins que quedi una salsa ben fina i lligada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si queda molt espessa, s&#039;hi pot afegir una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli i de vinagre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo d&#039;aquesta salsa d&#039;acompanyament de gossos i peixos per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os presentamos una receta tradicional que nunca falla: la Salsa Romesco.
