P\u00e8sols amb beina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes tendres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Alls tendres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Panxeta fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Botifarra negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem els p\u00e8sols. Si utilitzem p\u00e8sols sense pell necessitem uns 500 grams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem la cansalada a quadradets i la botifarra negra en discos d&#039;1 cent\u00edmetre m\u00e9s o menys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem i tallem les cebes tendres i els alls tendres els tallem a trossos llargs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola al foc i quan l&#039;oli estigui calent fregim la cansalada. Salem i quan estigui ben fregida la reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli i amb el foc baix sofregim la ceba i els alls tendres fins que la ceba estigui transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim els p\u00e8sols desgranats. Donem un parell de voltes ia continuaci\u00f3 afegirem l&#039;aigua que ha de cobrir els p\u00e8sols i una mica m\u00e9s. Afegim la cansalada i la sal i coem durant uns 9 minuts vigilant que sempre tingui aigua per a la cocci\u00f3. Ens ha de quedar una mica de brou ja que s\u00f3n p\u00e8sols ofegats. No han de quedar secs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegim la botifarra i guisem uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.
