Aquestes postres estan compostes de maduixes amb el seu suc al fons i una deliciosa reducci\u00f3 de Pedro Ximenez amb iogurt per sobre. Maduixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>375 grs. Iogurt grec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Formatge tipus Filadelfia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Vi Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre (aprox.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem les maduixes i reservem 4 maduixes per a la decoraci\u00f3. Traiem la cua verda i les tallem en quadradets petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Macerem les maduixes amb el sucre i el suc de llimona, durant una hora aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb el vi i deixem reduir durant uns 4 minuts amb el foc molt baix, controlant que no bulli gaire r\u00e0pid. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posem el iogurt, el formatge i una cullerada sopera de sucre. Amb un batedor manual barregem fins que quedi totalment integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per acabar les postres utilitzarem una copa o un got de vidre transparent. Al fons repartirem les maduixes i el suc que han deixat anar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribuirem per sobre la reducci\u00f3 del vi i despr\u00e9s afegirem el iogurt, procurant que quedi ben distribu\u00eft a sobre de les maduixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment decorarem amb una maduixa i unes fulletes de menta.
