Unes postres elaborades amb Maduixes Silvestres, unes maduixes molt petitetes amb un sabor extraordinari. La base de les Tartaletes de pasta de full individuals \u00e9s de Crema i porta per sobre les Maduixes Silvestres. Maduixes petites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades Melmelada de Maduixa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crema Pastissera<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/crema-pastissera\/\">Crema Pastissera<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 grs. Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estenem una mica de farina sobre la taula de treball. Traiem el paper d&#039;una placa de pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la massa de pasta de full a la taula de treball i necessitarem dos c\u00e8rcols, un de 10 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre i un altre de 7 cent\u00edmetres. Si no tens c\u00e8rcols pots utilitzar uns gots de di\u00e0metre diferent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el c\u00e8rcol gran tallem 8 peces que posarem en una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estenem l&#039;altra massa de pasta de full i tallem 8 c\u00e8rcols iguals tamb\u00e9 de 10 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre. Posarem el tallapastes petit de 7 cent\u00edmetres a sobre de la pe\u00e7a gran i tallem. Aprofitarem nom\u00e9s la part exterior. Els discos sobrants els guardem. Es poden congelar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintem amb aigua la vora de les peces grans ia sobre li posem els c\u00e8rcols de pasta de full i ho encaixem. Premem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi enganxat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punxem amb una forquilla nom\u00e9s la part central perqu\u00e8 no pugi en coure&#039;l. Posem tamb\u00e9 uns cigrons secs per evitar que pugi. Pintem les vores amb ou batut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Enfornem durant 25 minuts i els darrers 5 minuts els hem tapat amb paper d&#039;alumini. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn, el temps de cocci\u00f3. Abans de 15 minuts de cocci\u00f3 no s&#039;ha d&#039;obrir el forn, ja que la pasta de full podria baixar. Deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per preparar la crema posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la meitat de la llet, la pell de llimona i el pal de canyella. Quan comenci a bullir, apaguem el foc i deixem que s&#039;infusioni. Colem la llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem els rovells dels ous en un bol juntament amb el sucre, la resta de la llet i la maizena i batem amb un batedor manual fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estigui freda la llet la posarem en un cass\u00f3 i afegirem la barreja dels ous. Remenarem b\u00e9 i courem amb el foc molt baix i sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc. Hi afegim la mantega i ho barregem tot. Reservarem la crema en una plata fins que estigui freda tapada amb paper film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem els cigrons de les cassoletes. Abans d&#039;omplir les cassoletes remourem una mica la crema perqu\u00e8 no estigui tan espessa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la crema en una m\u00e0niga pastissera i farcim les cassoletes gaireb\u00e9 fins a la vora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 cobrim amb les maduixetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per donar lluentor a les maduixetes fem una barreja amb 3 cullerades de melmelada de maduixes i 1 cullerada d&#039;aigua.
