Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el Caramel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cullerades soperes d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 del Flam d&#039;Ou amb Nata:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb el sucre i l&#039;aigua per fer el caramel. Mourem el cass\u00f3 fins que el caramel quedi d&#039;un to daurat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preparat unes flameres individuals i repartirem el caramel al fons de les flameres. Mourem una mica perqu\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 arribi a les parets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem els ous amb el sucre amb un batedor manual fins que el sucre s&#039;hagi integrat totalment. Afegirem la llet i batrem fins que tot estigui ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipositarem la barreja a les flameres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els flams es couen al bany maria dins del forn. Per aix\u00f2 es posa un recipient apte per al forn amb aigua ben calenta i quan l&#039;aigua comenci a bullir \u00e9s el moment de posar dins les flameres. Laigua ha darribar fins a la meitat de les flameres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem els flams al forn pr\u00e8viament escalfat a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads, amb calor nom\u00e9s per la part de baix del forn. Si no es pot fer nom\u00e9s per la part de baix, haurem de tapar els flams amb paper dalumini, en el moment que comencin a agafar color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els flams han estat una hora coent. S&#039;ha de comprovar amb un escuradents que estiguin ja cuits. Els traiem del forn amb molt de compte de no cremar-nos. Deixarem refredar a temperatura ambient i despr\u00e9s els guardarem a la nevera, sense desemmotllar, almenys durant unes 6 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntarem la nata amb unes varetes. Per aix\u00f2 deixarem al congelador durant uns 10 minuts, tant el recipient com la nata, ja que aix\u00ed es muntar\u00e0 amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mig muntar la nata hi afegirem el sucre i acabarem de muntar la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllarem el flam.
