Vedella a daus (Jarrete, Agulla, Rabillo del Maluc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Vi Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola i Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrarem els daus de carn. Posarem farina en un bol i enfarinarem la carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola ampla posarem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent fregirem lleugerament la carn pels dos costats, nom\u00e9s per segellar-la. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la mateixa cassola i amb el foc baix hi afegirem els alls picats i seguidament les cebes picades. Sofregirem durant uns dos minuts i afegirem a continuaci\u00f3 les pastanagues tallades a discos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la ceba estigui ben toveta afegirem la carn juntament amb el suc que hagi deixat anar. Remenarem i seguidament afegirem el tom\u00e0quet tamb\u00e9 picat. Courem durant uns 3 minuts, sempre amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem el vi negre, amb molt de compte ja que podria esquitxar. Abocarem tamb\u00e9, la farigola, el llorer, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn i aigua bullint per a la cocci\u00f3. Taparem la cassola i courem durant uns 90 minuts, o fins que la carn estigui ben tendra. Hi afegirem bullint cada cop que vegem que \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 no es quedi sense brou la cocci\u00f3. Comprovarem de sal i hi posarem pebre m\u00f2lt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregirem les patates tallades a quadradets. Les salarem i les incorporarem a l&#039;estofat.
