Gambes pelades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Carbass\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Porros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena o Guindilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alf\u00e0brega fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 Farfalle amb Gambes i Carbass\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu els porros i utilitzarem nom\u00e9s la part blanca. Els picarem a trossos petitets. Rentarem i tallarem el carbass\u00f3 a quadradets petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola i quan l&#039;oli estigui calent, sofregirem els porros amb el foc baix durant uns 2 minuts. Afegirem el carbass\u00f3, el bitxo, salarem i sofregirem durant uns 5 minuts a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les gambes, l&#039;orenga i l&#039;alf\u00e0brega picada i fregirem uns 2 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per bullir la pasta farem servir una olla gran i amb abundant aigua. Quan bulli tirem la sal ia continuaci\u00f3 els lla\u00e7os. Cal seguir les instruccions del fabricant i deixar la pasta al dente.
