Bacall\u00e0 dessalat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Pa ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 grs. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/salsa-de-tomaquet-casolana\/\">Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet Casolana<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. P\u00e8sols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Avellanes Torrades sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 brou de peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traiem la pell del bacall\u00e0 i les espines. Piquem el bacall\u00e0 dessalat juntament amb l&#039;all i el julivert. Ho triturem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem un ou i hi afegim el bacall\u00e0, els pinyons i el pa ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho barregem tot, estimant-ho. Si cal afegim una mica m\u00e9s de pa ratllat. Comprovem que amb la massa podem fer les boletes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem les mandonguilles i les passem per farina. Les fregim en oli d&#039;oliva abundant, per tots els costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu-les amb paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una picada amb els alls, les avellanes i el julivert. Ho piquem tot amb el morter. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet a la cassola i quan estigui calenta, hi afegim la cullerada de farina. Remenem perqu\u00e8 es cogui una mica la farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim l&#039;aigua, i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou esmicolat. Farem una volta i posarem les mandonguilles a la cassola, els p\u00e8sols i la picada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixarem el foc i deixarem coure tapat durant uns 10 minuts. Comprovarem de sal i controlarem no falti brou per a la cocci\u00f3.
