Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Llevat fresc de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem en un bol, aigua, llet i aigua. Remenem una mica i afegim la farina tamisada, el sucre i la sal. Amassarem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipositarem la massa a la taula de treball i pastarem una mica a m\u00e0. Afegirem la mantega a temperatura ambient i el llevat esmicolat, repartint-ho b\u00e9 per tota la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al principi la massa s&#039;enganxar\u00e0 una mica a taula per\u00f2 a mesura que es vagi pastant es podr\u00e0 treballar amb m\u00e9s facilitat, ja que tindr\u00e0 m\u00e9s consist\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si costa treballar la massa la podem tapar amb un drap i reposar uns 5 minuts aix\u00ed ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil amassar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem durant uns 10 minuts. Per saber si ja est\u00e0 ben pastat, tallarem un trosset de massa i l&#039;estirarem amb les mans i si no es fan forats molt grans ja estar\u00e0 a punt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una bola i deixarem fermentar dins del bol, amb una mica de farina al fons, fins que doblegui el volum. Taparem el bol amb drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fermentada la traurem del bol i tallarem la massa en quatre parts. Farem unes boles amb les porcions de massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer les boles agafarem la pe\u00e7a i la anem portant cap al centre, girant fins a aconseguir la bola i donant-li una forma c\u00f2ncava a la m\u00e0 aconseguirem fer b\u00e9 la bola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untarem el motlle rectangular per tots els costats amb oli i dipositarem les boles a un costat del motlle. Taparem amb un drap i deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat. Ha d&#039;arribar gaireb\u00e9 a la vora del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans d&#039;enfornar taparem el motlle i ho deixarem reposar uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s. Tamb\u00e9 podeu anar sense tapa, llavors no quedar\u00e0 completament quadrat. Es pot tapar tamb\u00e9 amb una fusta o una safata de forn, sempre untada amb oli perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant 10 minuts.
